Membership Information

Our members come from all walks of equestrian delight! From private to professional, pleasure to competition, ride, drive, hike, you name it, we embrace a wide diversity of members. We also warmly welcome new members who are interested in sharing our goals of enjoying, maintaining and furthering our trail network.  

Our club is open to the public; you need not be a resident or boarder in Readington.  Our membership year rund from January 1st through December 31st of each year.

Membership dues is applied towards the cost of club insurance that helps to protect our landowners.  It also helps us in supporting our community emergency services such as firemen and rescue workers.  Other expenses can include communications and general operating costs such as website and postage, etc.  2009-2011 dues will also be applied towards our matching funds requirement for the trail grant we received.

We generally hold monthly meetings, rides and trail clearings, which are all great ways to meet people and learn the trails.  We do not publish trail maps out of respect for our landowner's privacy.  We also participate in an annual parade and community day, plan beach rides twice a year, host an annual fundraiser trail pace and Halloween Poker Ride, host several gymkhanas, participate in the NJ Horse Expo and much more!  There are lots of ways to get involved, meet new people, and enhance your equestrian experience.
