Thanks for your interest in our annual Trail Pace! This year's pace will be held on a New Date- please join us on Sunday April 26, 2009. Mark your calendars! Click here for directions. General Information Teams of 2 or 3 riders ride a 6-7 mile course through the scenic countryside of Readington Township. Teams are sent out three minutes apart over a well-marked course that includes a variety of terrain. Overtaking teams have the right of way. There is a mid-way hold for 3 minutes, where teams are given a token to be turned in at the end of the ride. There are several optional jumps, including some new jumps this year! The course requires at least one mandatory water crossing. Open to all- riders of all disciplines are encouraged to participate! All riders must wear an approved ASTM/SEI safety helmet with a permanently attached chin strap and suitable footwear. Negative coggins required for all horses and ponies. Casual dress is fine. Bring water for your horses. There is no pre-registration and event is held rain or shine. Please check out home page in case of severe weather. New in 2009!
